Bank DIIC Deed of Trust means that certain Deed of Trust to be entered into pursuant to Section 3.3.22 of the Disbursement Agreement between Desert Inn Improvement as trustor, and Nevada Title Company as trustee, for the benefit of the Bank Agent as beneficiary, substantially in the form of Exhibit D to the Bank Credit Agreement.
