Bank of Namibia means the Bank of Namibia established under the Bank of Namibia Act, 2021 (Act No. 1 of 2021);

  • This Act is called the Agricultural Bank of Namibia Act, 2003, and comes into operation on a date determined by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.
