Bank Request definition

Bank Request and “Bank Order” mean, respectively, a written request or order signed in the name of the Bank by any two of the following: its Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman of the Board, President or a Vice President, its Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, its Controller, Assistant Controller, its Secretary or Assistant Secretary, its principal financial officer, its principal accounting officer or any other officer, employee or agent of the Bank duly authorized by a Board Resolution, and delivered to the Trustee.
Bank Request or “Bank Order” means a written request or order signed in the name of the Bank by any one of the president, any vice-president (whether or not designated by a number or a word or words added before or after the title “vice-president”), the treasurer, any assistant treasurer, the secretary or any assistant secretary and any other natural person designated as an officer of the Bank by by-law or by Board Resolution and delivered to the Trustee.
Bank Request or “Bank Order” means a written request or order signed in the name of the Bank by any one of the President and Chief Executive Officer, a Vice-Chairman, a Group Head, the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Vice-President and Group Treasurer and the Managing Director and Head, Funding and Liquidity Management and any other natural person designated as an officer of the Bank by by-law or by Board Resolution and delivered to the Trustees.

Examples of Bank Request in a sentence

  • A member of the Medical Leave Bank may request up to 20 working days per fiscal school year from the Bank for prolonged illness/injury by completing the Medical Leave Bank Request Form.

  • Describe major events that may have affected the timing (delays, complaints from consultants, key correspondence with the Bank, Request for Proposals (RFP), extension of proposal submission date, and so on).

  • All requests to draw upon the Bank must be made upon a Sick Leave Bank Request Form and be submitted to the Committee.

  • After an applicant has drawn and used a grant from the Bank, he/she shall be required to provide a new up-to-date Sick Leave Bank Request Form and an up-to-date Sick Leave Bank Physician’s Statement Form.

  • Upon requesting use of bank hours, the bargaining unit member, member of the unit member's family, or designee must provide the District with written verification of the illness/injury prepared by a licensed physician and shall submit a "Certificated Catastrophic Event/Illness Leave Bank Request For Withdrawal Form" to the Human Resources Office.

  • Application for sick leave bank days will be made to the chairperson of the Sick Leave Bank Committee on a Sick Leave Bank Request Form.

  • The completed Sick Leave Bank Request Form will be submitted to the City Finance Office.

  • If approved, the Union will post the completed Sick Leave Bank Request Form to solicit for donations via department bulletin board or email.
