Banner Exchange Technology definition

Banner Exchange Technology means SmartAge's proprietary software, -------------------------- including the source and executable code, which shall be used by SmartAge to serve Clicks' Members' ad banners in the SmartClicks' Network.
Banner Exchange Technology means Netweb's proprietary software, -------------------------- including the source and executable code, which shall be used by Netweb to perform the Lycos/Tripod Clicks.
