Technology definition

Technology means any and all technical information and/or materials, including, without limitation, ideas, techniques, designs, sketches, drawings, models, inventions, know-how, processes, apparatus, methods, equipment, algorithms, software programs, data, software source documents, other works of authorship, formulae and information concerning engineering, research, experimental work, development, design details and specifications.
Technology means all technology, designs, formulae, algorithms, procedures, methods, discoveries, processes, techniques, ideas, know-how, research and development, technical data, tools, materials, specifications, processes, inventions (whether patentable or unpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice), apparatus, creations, improvements, works of authorship in any media, confidential, proprietary or nonpublic information, and other similar materials, and all recordings, graphs, drawings, reports, analyses and other writings, and other tangible embodiments of the foregoing in any form whether or not listed herein, in each case, other than Software.
Technology means, collectively, all designs, formulas, algorithms, procedures, techniques, ideas, know-how, Software, programs, models, routines, databases, tools, inventions, creations, improvements, works of authorship, and all recordings, graphs, drawings, reports, analyses, other writings, and any other embodiment of the above, in any form, whether or not specifically listed herein.
