Barclays Marks definition

Barclays Marks means such trademarks and servicemarks of Barclays as used in connection with the Accounts as set forth on Schedule III.
Barclays Marks means any trademark, service xxxx, or name owned by or licensed to Barclays (except for Gap Marks) and used by Barclays in connection with the Program.
