Base Contracts definition

Base Contracts means jointly the Equitable Gas Base Contract and the Peoples Base Contract. “Board of Directors” has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Related to Base Contracts

  • Project Contracts mean a contract or contracts with respect to the acquisition and/or construction of the Improvements entered into by the Company or the Issuer.

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.

  • Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.

  • Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.
