New Contracts definition

New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.
New Contracts means executed agreements with new customers that have contracted with the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, for which pricing, volumes and margins from the covered product categories are readily identified.
New Contracts means binding contracts or purchase orders (i) entered with new Counterparties or (ii) for new business with existing Counterparties, in each case, under which Holdings and/or its Subsidiaries have begun to provide goods or services, which are expected to increase the Consolidated Net Income of Holdings.
