Base Energy definition

Base Energy means the MWh per month of energy use of the Data Center.
Base Energy has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(i) of Schedule 5; “Block A Undelivered Energy” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3; “Block B Undelivered Energy” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a);
Base Energy shall have the definition set forth in Section 5.1(a).

Examples of Base Energy in a sentence

  • The Base Energy Rate set forth herein shall be subject to a monthly adjustment in accordance with a flow adjustment computation (FAC) as described in Appendix B.

  • BEP0 is the Base Energy Price for November 2002 calculated subject to Section 6.4 of this Schedule.
