Base Energy definition

Base Energy has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(i) of Schedule 5; “Block A Undelivered Energy” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3; “Block B Undelivered Energy” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a);
Base Energy means energy produced by the Facility without the use of duct firing.
Base Energy shall have the definition set forth in Section 5.1(a).

Related to Base Energy

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.
