Base Facility Charge definition

Base Facility Charge means the fixed monthly rate billed to customers based on the customer’s meter size and does not include charges for water consumption, wastewater flow or reclaimed water flow. The Base Facility Charge is based on Meter Size.
Base Facility Charge means the fixed charge set forth in the Rate Schedule, which is based on the projected average daily Potable Water and Wastewater consumption flows in the District. The charge is payable monthly by a Developer commencing at the time the Developer is obligated to pay the Connection Charge, as set forth in greater detail in Section 7(d) herein. The Base Facility Charge represents the fixed component of the User Fee and is intended to recover a portion of the District’s cost under the Large User Agreement, a portion of the District’s capital cost of the System and a portion of the District’s administrative and general costs.
Base Facility Charge means fixed monthly charges for water, wastewater and irrigation quality water service which are set based on a Customer’s meter size and shall also serve as the minimum bill for service.

Base Facility Charge or "BFC" shall have the meaning given such term in Section 7.1.

Related to Base Facility Charge

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Warehouse Facility means any funding arrangement, other than a Credit Facility, a Securitization or a Residual Funding Facility, with a financial institution or other lender or purchaser under which advances are made to a Warehouse Trust to the extent (and only to the extent) funding thereunder is used exclusively by the Warehouse Trust to purchase Receivables from the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary and to pay the related expenses with respect to the Warehouse Trust.

  • Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).

  • Applicable Facility Fee means the percentage set forth in the table below corresponding to the Level at which the Ratings-Based Applicable Margin is determined in accordance with the definition thereof: 2 0.125 % 3 0.150 % 4 0.200 % 5 0.250 % 6 0.300 % Any change in the applicable Level at which the Ratings-Based Applicable Margin is determined shall result in a corresponding and simultaneous change in the Applicable Facility Fee.

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Payment Date Advance Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a)(iii)(A) of the 20[•]-[•] Servicing Supplement.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Revolving Facility means the facility under which Borrower may request Bank to issue Advances, as specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Available Facility Amount shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(1).

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Refinancing Facility Agreement means a Refinancing Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, among Holdings, the Borrower, each Subsidiary of the Borrower party to this Agreement, the Agent and one or more Refinancing Lenders, establishing Refinancing Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.26.

  • Refinancing Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Penalty Charge Notice means a notice served by a Civil Enforcement Officer pursuant to the provisions of section 78 of the 2004 Act and supporting regulations;

  • Penalty Charges means any amounts collected from the Borrower that represent default charges, penalty charges, late fees and/or default interest, but excluding any yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
