Facility Charge definition

Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

Facility Charge means eighty-hundredths of one percent (0.80%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount, which is Two Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($208,000).

More Definitions of Facility Charge

Facility Charge means eighty-five hundredths of one percent (0.85%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount, which is Three Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($340,000).

Facility Charge means $160,000.

Facility Charge means the Availability Charge and the Energy Charge payable by KPLC to the Provider under this Agreement calculated pursuant to Clause 6.7.
