  • Customer may mortgage, pledge or assign its interest in Customer's Base Gas Quantity delivered hereunder and redelivery will be made in accordance with notification(s) reasonably satisfactory to Seller of any such mortgages, pledges or assignments by Customer and/or successors in interest to Customer, but in no event shall redelivery be made earlier than as specified hereinabove.

  • Customer’s Base Gas (if any) shall be refunded to Customer upon expiration or termination of Customer’s applicable Service Agreement pursuant to mutually agreeable and not unduly discriminatory commercially reasonable terms and conditions relating to the timing of, and rate at which, such Base Gas shall be returned to Customer.

Related to Base Gas

  • Residue Gas means that portion of the Gas remaining after the extraction therefrom of Plant Products, Plant fuel require­ments, and Plant losses or uses.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Greenhouse Gas means carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, and sulfur hexafluoride.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Useful thermal energy means, with regard to a cogeneration unit, thermal energy that is:

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Producers means all LBMs, MGAs, brokers, agents, general agents, COLI specialty brokers, broker-dealers, producers or other Persons who market or produce the Policies and who (a) have been appointed by the Company, and (b) are entitled to receive Commissions from the Company.

  • Producer means any broker, insurance producer, agent, general agent, managing general agent, master broker agency, broker general agency, financial specialist or other Person, including any employee of the Ceding Company or its Affiliates, responsible for writing, marketing, producing, selling or soliciting Reinsured Contracts.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Process Gas means gas used for which altemate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Natural Gas or "Gas" shall mean natural gas, processed, unprocessed, vaporized liquid natural gas, synthetic gas, propane-air mixture or any mixture of these gases.
