Base Number of Shares definition

Base Number of Shares is defined in Section 3.2.
Base Number of Shares means the number of Shares set forth opposite Bohai’s name on Schedule 1 (as Adjusted and as reduced by any Shares Sold by Bohai from and after the expiration of the Bohai Lock-up Period).
