Base Price Date means July 1, 2010.

Base Price Date means the Business Day immediately following the last day of the Discount Price Period.
Base Price Date means the date to be used in Form K for the purpose of determining the net present value of the Public Funds Request or the Concession Payment.

  • Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.
