Base Rate Balance definition

Base Rate Balance means that portion of the principal balance of this Note bearing interest at a rate based upon the Adjusted Base Rate.
Base Rate Balance means the portion of the Loan that bears interest at a rate based upon the Base Rate.
Base Rate Balance means the principal balance of this Note bearing interest at a rate based upon the Base Rate.

  • For senior students who are candidates for graduation the counselor will meet with the student before the end of the first semester of the senior year.

  • Each change in the interest rate applicable to a Base Rate Balance shall become effective without prior notice to Borrower automatically as of the opening of business on the date of such change in the Adjusted Base Rate.

  • Upon receipt of such notice, Borrower shall be deemed to have converted any LIBOR Balance to the Base Rate Balance, on either (i) the last day of the then-current Interest Period applicable to such LIBOR Balance if Bank may lawfully continue to maintain and fund such LIBOR Balance to such day, or (ii) immediately, if Bank may not lawfully continue to maintain such LIBOR Balance to such day.

  • The unpaid principal of the Base Rate Balance shall bear interest at a rate per annum which shall from day to day be equal to the lesser of (a) the Adjusted Base Rate in effect from day to day, or (b) the Maximum Rate.


More Definitions of Base Rate Balance

Base Rate Balance. Interest Option," "Interest Period," "Business Day," and "Dollars," are defined in the New Notes; and reference is made to the New Notes for the options of Borrowers and rights of Lender with respect to interest.
Base Rate Balance means each portion of the unpaid principal balance of this Note designated by Borrower to bear interest at a rate determined with respect to the Base Rate.

  • Alternate Base Rate Loans means Loans that bear interest at an interest rate based on the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Alternate Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Alternate Base Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Alternate Base Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the greater of (a) the Prime Rate in effect on such day and (b) the Federal Funds Effective Rate in effect on such day plus 1/2 of 1%. Any change in the Alternate Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Effective Rate, respectively.

  • Base Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Federal Funds Rate for such day plus one-half of one percent (0.5%) and (b) the Prime Rate for such day. Any change in the Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Rate shall be effective on the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or Federal Funds Rate.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Floating Rate Margin means 7.50 per cent. per annum.

Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurocurrency Rate.

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

  • LIBOR Rate Reserve Percentage means as of any day the maximum percentage in effect on such day, as prescribed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the reserve requirements (including supplemental, marginal and emergency reserve requirements) with respect to eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency Liabilities”).

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.
