Funding Rate definition

Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

Funding Rate means any rate notified to the Agent by a Lender pursuant to Clause 5.12;

Funding Rate means for any Payment Period the rate per cent per annum which is the aggregate of the Base Rate for that Payment Period and the Margin;

Examples of Funding Rate in a sentence

• Interest is calculated at a daily fluctuating rate per annum equal to the sum of 0.10% plus the higher of the Federal Funds Effective Rate and the Overnight Bank Funding Rate, plus 1.25%.

• Daily Rate: For any day, the Overnight Bank Funding Rate minus the Spread.

• Interest is charged to each fund, based on its borrowings, generally at a rate equal to the highest of one month LIBOR, the Federal Funds Effective Rate and the Overnight Bank Funding Rate, plus an agreed upon spread.

• Interest shall continue to accrue on any principal as to which a non-conforming payment is made until such funds become available funds (but in no event less than the period from the date of such payment to the next succeeding applicable Business Day) at the Interest Rate or the Default Funding Rate, as applicable, from the date such amount was due and payable until the date such amount is paid in full.

• If the Overnight Bank Funding Rate determined as above would be less than zero, then such rate shall be deemed to be zero.

More Definitions of Funding Rate

Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Administrative Agent pursuant to the definition of Cost of Funds.

Funding Rate means (as applicable) any individual rate notified by the Lender to the Borrower pursuant to clause 10.3(a)(ii) (Cost of funds) or any rate notified by the Lender to the Borrower pursuant to Clause 8D.3(a)(ii) (Cost of funds).

Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Agent pursuant to paragraph (b) of Clause 3.8.1 (Cost of funds).
