The Technical Compliance Monitoring system is intended to be a system that continuously monitors gTLD Registries and Registrars (the "Contracted Parties") compliance with ICANN's Consensus Policies, and the provisions described in the 2017 gTLD Base Registry Agreement and the 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (the "Contracted Parties Agreements"), respectively.
