Base Rentals definition

Base Rentals means that portion of the rentals payable under the Master Lease which is pledged to the payment of debt service on the Bonds and to the replenishment of the Debt Service Reserve Fund under the Indenture.
Base Rentals means the payments payable by the County during the Lease Term pursuant to Section 6.02 of this Lease and as set forth in Exhibit B which constitute the payments payable by the County for and in consideration of the right to use the Leased Property during the Lease Term. In the event that Exhibit B sets forth separate schedules of Base Rentals payable with respect to one or more separate portions of the Leased Property, such payments will be combined for purposes of Section 6.02, but may be treated as separate schedules for other purposes of this Lease.
Base Rentals means the rental payments payable by the Town during the Lease Term, which constitute payments payable by the Town for and in consideration of the right to possess and use the Leased Property as set forth in Exhibit C (Base Rentals Schedule) hereto. Base Rentals does not include Additional Rentals.

  • During the period the Sublease is in force and effect, there shall be levied on all the taxable property of the County, in addition to all other taxes, without limitation as to rate, a direct tax annually in an amount sufficient to pay the Base Rentals when and as due.

Base Rentals means the rental payments payable by the District during the Lease Term, which constitute payments payable by the District for and in consideration of the right to possess and use the Leased Property as set forth in Exhibit C (Base Rentals Schedule) hereto. Base Rentals does not include Additional Rentals.
