Examples of Base Rentals in a sentence
The payments of Base Rentals and Additional Rentals hereunder during the term of the Lease shall constitute the total Lease Payments which are payable for the term of the Lease and shall be paid by the City for and in consideration of the right of use and occupancy of the Leased Property and the continued quiet use and enjoyment of the Leased Property for and during the term of the Lease.
The notice shall state the intent of the City to prepay a portion of its Base Rentals, the proposed Optional Payment Date, the proposed Optional Redemption Date for the Bonds to be redeemed, and the principal amount of the Bonds to be redeemed.
It is understood and agreed that all Base Rentals payable under Section 4.01(a) hereof by the City are assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture.
A portion of each payment of Base Rentals is paid as, and represents payment of, interest on the Series 2019 Certificates, and Exhibit B hereto sets forth the interest component of each payment of Base Rentals.
The City hereby agrees to pay the Base Rentals in accordance with the Base Rental Payment Schedule attached as Schedule 1 hereto as it may be revised from time to time by such amounts as are necessary to reflect the redemption of certain Bonds or to pay the principal and interest on Additional Bonds.
