Base Toll definition

Base Toll means the toll amount for a Toll Segment determined pursuant to Section 6 or Section 7, as applicable, before being multiplied by the Class Factor of the User and before addition of the Image-Based Billing Toll Premium (if any).
Base Toll has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 10.
Base Toll means the Toll for each Forecast Movement effective as of the commencement of each Contract Year.

  • Fixed Fee means an agreed upon amount that is fixed at the inception of the Contract. In a cost reimbursable contract, the fixed fee includes the contractor’s direct and indirect administrative costs and profit allocable to the Contract.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule.
