Baseball Attendance means, for each Hardball Home Baseball Game: ii Suite tickets (excluding separately paid “standing room only” tickets, if any); iii Sponsorship and promotional agreement/arrangement tickets; and iv Complimentary attendance, except for the exclusions as set hereof. forth in Hardball Events Attendance below.
