Baseline actual emissions definition

Baseline actual emissions means the rate of emissions, in tons per year, of a regulated NSR pollutant, as determined in accordance with paragraphs (i) through (iv) of this definition.

Examples of Baseline actual emissions in a sentence

  • Baseline actual emissions for calculating increases and decreases under this definition of “net emissions increase” shall be determined as provided for under the definition of “baseline actual emissions,” except that paragraphs “1”(c) and “2”(d) of the definition of “baseline actual emissions,” which describe provisions for multiple emissions units, shall not apply.
