ISO-NE Tariff definition

ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.

ISO-NE Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, which includes the ISO-NE Open Access Transmission Tariff and ISO-NE market rules.

ISO-NE Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as in effect from time to time, on file with FERC, or its successor tariff.

• Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practicable as per each Party’s requirements related to the mitigation of an Emergency, in applicable policies and procedures imposed by NERC, NPCC, or (for the NYISO) the NYSRC, or contained in the ISO-NE Tariff and NYISO Tariffs.
