BEE Listing definition

BEE Listing means the admission to listing of the MTN Zakhele Futhi Ordinary Shares as BEE Securities on the Empowerment Segment of the main board of the exchange operated by the JSE (or such other licensed exchange as MTN may approve of in its sole and absolute discretion);

BEE Listing means the listing of Shares on the BEE Segment;

BEE Listing means the admission to listing of the MTN Zakhele Shares as BEE Securities on the BEE Segment;

Examples of BEE Listing in a sentence

• During the BEE Listing Period, only Black Persons and Black Groups who are Eligible Persons may own Shares, and only BEE Verified Persons may buy, sell, otherwise transfer or receive transfer of Shares.

• With effect from the date announced by YeboYethu (the date of the BEE Listing), the OTC Trading Platform will no longer operate.

• If this was not done as part of the Application Process, or is not otherwise in place as a result of processes undertaken by us in relation to the subscription for MTNZF Shares pursuant to the Prospectus prior to the BEE Listing Date, you must appoint an Authorised Representative as part of the BEE Verification Process.

• To hold, buy, sell or otherwise transfer Shares during the BEE Listing Period in terms of the Own-Broker Trading Process, you must qualify as a BEE Verified Person.

• With effect from the BEE Listing Date, the MTNZF Shares will be listed on the JSE.

More Definitions of BEE Listing

BEE Listing means the admission to listing of the MTNZF Shares as BEE Securities on the BEE Segment;

BEE Listing means listing of the YeboYethu Ordinary Shares as Asset Backed Securities on the BEE Segment on the BEE Listing Date;

BEE Listing means the listing of the YeboYethu Ordinary Shares on the BEE Segment of the JSE;

BEE Listing means the listing of the MTN Zakhele Shares as Asset Backed Securities (being specialist securities under the JSE Listings Requirements) on the BEE Segment of the main board of the exchange operated by the JSE, with effect from the BEE Listing Date. Such listed MTN Zakhele Shares will be listed as BEE Securities;

BEE Listing means, on a date not earlier than the 3rd (third) anniversary of the Effective Date, the admission to listing of the BIC2 Ordinary Shares as BEE Securities (as contemplated and defined in the JSE Listings Requirements) on the BEE Segment (as contemplated and defined in the JSE Listings Requirements) of the main board of the exchange operated by the JSE (or such other licensed exchange as MTN may approve of in its sole and absolute discretion);
