Initial Unit Price means (a) with respect to the Common Units and the Subordinated Units, the initial public offering price per Common Unit at which the Common Units were first offered to the public for sale as set forth on the cover page of the IPO Prospectus or (b) with respect to any other class or series of Units, the price per Unit at which such class or series of Units is initially sold by the Partnership, as determined by the General Partner, in each case adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of Units.
Beginning Stock Price means the average of the closing prices of the Common Stock or the shares of the Peer Group, as applicable, for the 20 trading days ending on the trading date immediately preceding the first day of the Performance Period.
Beginning Price means, with respect to the Company and any other Comparison Group member, the average of the closing market prices of such company’s common stock on the principal exchange on which such stock is traded for the twenty (20) consecutive trading days beginning with the first trading day of the Performance Period. For the purpose of determining Beginning Price, the value of dividends and other distributions shall be determined by treating them as reinvested in additional shares of stock at the closing market price on the date of distribution.
Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.
Common Unit Price has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).
