Unit Price definition

Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.
Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid as a price per unit of measurement for materials or services as described in the Bidding Documents or in the proposed contract documents.

Unit Price means an amount stated in the Proposal as a price per unit of measurement for materials or services as described in the Proposal Documents or in the proposed contract documents. Unit prices shall apply to change orders.

Unless otherwise specified, the Unit Price shall further be deemed to include any costs, expenses, overhead or profit if the Contractor subcontracts all or any part of the Work.
