Benefits Administrative Committee definition

Benefits Administrative Committee means the Benefits Administrative Committee of the Company, members of which are appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Benefits Administrative Committee means: (a) the administrative committee appointed to administer the tax qualified retirement plans which are sponsored by the Employer; or (b) any person or entity to which the Benefits Administrative Committee delegates any of the administrative or ministerial duties assigned to it under the Plan.
Benefits Administrative Committee means the Benefits Administrative Committee appointed by the Compensation Committee.
