Berkshire Stockholders definition

Berkshire Stockholders means (i) those Persons listed as the Berkshire Stockholders on the signature pages hereof, and (ii) their Permitted Transferees (other than the Company or the WP Stockholders), as evidenced by an executed counterpart to this Agreement or a joinder to this Agreement, in either case, indicating that such Permitted Transferee will be a Berkshire Stockholder.
Berkshire Stockholders means each of Berkshire Fund VIII, L.P., Berkshire Fund VIII-A, L.P., Berkshire Investors III LLC, and Berkshire Investors IV LLC.
Berkshire Stockholders means the initial Holders identified as such on Schedule A hereto.
