The Owner, A-E and CM@R may agree that the Project will be constructed in phases; in that event, the requirements listed below will apply separately to each of two or more different Construction Bid Packages within the Project.

Coordinate with the Architect-Engineer to finalize the Construction Documents and develop Bid Packages.
