Bid Review. Remote Scope of Services: a. “Bid Review” services are done remotely requiring all current drawings, estimates, preliminary selections and other documentation the Client would like reviewed in electronic format a minimum of 36 hours prior to the scheduled initial call. Each request for a “Bid Review” requires a $445 fee. b. “Bid Review” documentation will be communicated in the form of written notes, images and/or product examples. All “Bid Review” documentation will be issued via email within 5 business days of the initial call marking the conclusion of services purchased. Any revisions or further exploration of bid review and/or budgets or design(s) requested require additional services to be purchased.

  • Bid Review: Halff will assist the Town of Prosper in evaluating the bid results and will provide a recommendation for contract award.
