Bidder Confidentiality Agreements definition

Bidder Confidentiality Agreements means the confidentiality agreements between any of the Selling Parties or any of their Affiliates or advisors and prospective purchasers (other than Buyer or its Affiliates) of the Member Interests and the Subject Common Units.
Bidder Confidentiality Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(b).
Bidder Confidentiality Agreements has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.7(b).
