Examples of Confidentiality Period in a sentence
Executive agrees that Executive will not at any time, either during the Employment Period or the Confidentiality Period (as defined below), disclose to anyone any Confidential Information, or utilize such Confidential Information for Executive’s own benefit, or for the benefit of third parties without written approval by an officer of the Company.
During the Confidentiality Period, Recipient shall not use any Confidential Information except as expressly authorized in this Agreement.
The Recipient acknowledges that the Department may make such public announcement or communication as it may in its sole discretion decide provided that such public announcement or communication does not disclose specific details of the Final Report until after the expiry of the Confidentiality Period.
The Recipient grants to the Department a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive licence (including a right of sub-licence) to use, copy, reproduce, publicise, communicate, adapt and exploit the copyright in the Submission Items for any purpose associated with the activities of the Department or other Authority, anywhere in the world, after the Confidentiality Period has expired.
Each Party shall cause its officers, employees, agents and representatives to comply, during the Confidentiality Period, with the Confidentiality Obligation.
