Bike Storage. Bike may be stored in the designated bike storage area(s) on level P1. Any tenant having a bicycle in unit on balcony or in hallways will incur a $25.00 penalty for each offense.

  • Tenant may continue to keep and maintain the Bike Storage Facility throughout the Term of this Lease and any renewals or extension thereof.

  • Tenant agrees not to store any flammable, combustible or other materials in the Storage Space and Bike Storage that would increase the cost of Landlord’s insurance, and not to store any toxic, hazardous or odorous materials or waste in the Storage Space and Bike Storage.
