Bilateral Water Management definition

Bilateral Water Management means actions that the two Parties jointly undertake pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with the Risk Informed Management approach.

  • Bilateral Water Management actions may be directed at those contributing water bodies, but the classification is applied at the border.

  • Triggers, Transboundary Groundwater Objectives and Jurisdictional or Bilateral Water Management actions will be determined at the BMC after signing.
