Billed SRCs definition
Billed SRCs means the amounts of System Restoration Charges billed by the Servicer, whether billed directly to Customers by the Servicer or indirectly through REPs.
Billed SRCs means the amounts of Storm Recovery Charges billed by the Servicer.
Billed SRCs is defined in Annex I to the Servicing Agreement.

The REPs’ right described in this Section 6 to receive a credit against future payments of Billed SRCs to the Servicer shall not take effect until after the next Adjustment Date.

Billed SRCs means the amounts of Storm Recovery Charges billed by the Servicer to Customers by the Servicer. “Servicer Policies and Practices” means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under this Annex I, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
