Coding and Billing Training: This training is completed by the Billing supervisor for all billing department personnel upon hire and at least annually thereafter.
The sample size for inpatient ward staff is 83 including Medical officers, ward secretary, Billing supervisor, Administrators, Social worker, Dietician, and executives of the medical records department.
Logging supervisor means the individual who provides personal supervision of the utilization of sources of radiation at the well site.
Site Supervisor means a Site employee, member, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the Program.

Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Clinical supervisor means an individual who provides clinical supervision.
Portfolio Supervisor means First Trust Advisors L.P. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided."
Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Customer Service Representative means a person that provides an insurance service and insurance product information:
construction supervisor means a competent person responsible for supervising construction activities on a construction site;
Lead Contractor means a person who has met the Board's requirements and has been issued a license by the Board to enter into contracts to perform lead abatements.
Direct supervision means oversight at a distance within which:
Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

On-site supervision means a physical therapist shall be continuously on-site and present in the same building where the assistive personnel are performing services.
Builder means the general contractor.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Quality Manager means the individual identified by the Design-Builder who is responsible for the overall Quality Control program and Quality Control activities of the Design-Builder, including the quality of management, design and construction. (also referred to as the “Quality Control Manager”).
