Billings Clinic means Defendant Billings Clinic, a Montana non‐profit corporation based in Billings, Montana, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their respective directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
