Biogen Common Stock definition

Biogen Common Stock means the common stock of Biogen, par value $0.0005 per share.
Biogen Common Stock has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • For stockholders who own Biogen Common Stock through a broker or other nominee, their shares of Bioverativ Common Stock will be credited to their respective accounts by such broker or nominee.
