Biological Entity definition

Biological Entity means each of: (a) the fusion protein abatacept; (b) the [***]; (c) the [***]; (d) the [***]; (e) the [***]; and (f) the [***], in each case as further described on Exhibit 1.11, along with in each case any modifications to the foregoing that do not change the [***] or [***] of the biological entities described on Exhibit 1.11.
