Biological Material definition

Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;
Biological Material means any product of a human body containing DNA.
Biological Material means any material listed in Exhibit 1.3 to this Agreement, together with all progeny, mutants, replicates and derivatives (modified or unmodified) thereof; provided, however that in no event shall a Virus or a Product be deemed Biological Material.
