BLA Acceptance means the written notification by the FDA or equivalent Governmental Authority for a country in the Territory that the BLA has met all the criteria for filing acceptance pursuant to 21 C.F.R. §314.101 or its foreign equivalent if such filing is outside the US.   • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Letter of Acceptance (LOA) means the written notice issued by JMRC to the selected bidder(s) intimating the acceptance of selected bidder's Proposal for the award of License;
