blast room means an enclosure, for which the doorway and internal space is large enough for a person to step inside, primarily intended to rapidly cool hot foodstuffs to below 10 °C in the case of chilling and below – 18 °C in the case of freezing;
Toilet room means a room containing a water closet and a wash basin.

Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.

Bathroom means any room containing a built-in flush-type toilet.
Aerosol adhesive means any adhesive packaged as an aerosol product in which the spray mechanism is permanently housed in a nonrefillable can designed for hand-held application without the need for ancillary hoses or spray equipment. Aerosol adhesives include special purpose spray adhesives, mist spray adhesives, and web spray adhesives.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
Semi-private Room means a single or two-bedded, or a room with maximum double occupancy and with a shared bath / shower room in a Hospital but excluding any room of upper class with its own kitchen, dining or sitting room(s).

Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.
Edge of any water means the outer edge of the water's bankfull width or, where applicable, the outer edge of the associated channel migration zone.
Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.
