Block means a group of lots, tracts or parcels within well defined and fixed boundaries.
Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
Zone 2 means British Columbia and Alberta Receipt Points and Liquids Receipt Points at or upstream of the Blueberry Hill Compressor Station. ARTICLE 2 QUALITY 2.1 Subject to Articles 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 21.1 hereof, Gas tendered to Transporter at Receipt Points shall conform to the following Quality Specifications:
PTCE 95-60 As defined in Section 5.02(b). PUD: A planned unit development.
NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.
SOFR means a rate equal to the secured overnight financing rate as administered by the SOFR Administrator.
RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.
NI 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations;
NI 52-110 means National Instrument 52-110 – Audit Committees.
Dormitory means a building used in conjunction with an educational building for living quarters for seven or more students;
M2 is the calendar month, expressed as a number, in which the day immediately following the last day of the Interest Period falls;
Mining Xxx 0000 means (unless the context otherwise requires) the Mining Xxx 0000 and the amendments thereto and the regulations made thereunder as in force on 31st December, 1981;
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
NI 81-102 means National Instrument 81-102 – Investment Funds.
MDF means a CenturyLink distribution frame (e.g., COSMIC™ frame) used to connect CenturyLink cable pairs and line and trunk equipment terminals on a CenturyLink switching system. "Maintenance and Repair" involves the exchange of information between Carriers where one initiates a request for maintenance or repair of existing products and services or Unbundled Network Elements or combinations thereof from the other with attendant acknowledgments and status reports in order to ensure proper operation and functionality of facilities. "Maintenance of Service charge" is a Miscellaneous Charge that relates to trouble isolation work performed by CenturyLink. Basic Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work during standard business hours. Overtime Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work on a business day, but outside standard business hours, or on a Saturday. Premium Maintenance of Service charges apply when the CenturyLink technician performs work on either a Sunday or CenturyLink recognized holiday.
Curbside “Curb” means that portion of the right-of-way adjacent to paved or traveled roadways, including the end of a driveway, curb line or alley line. Containers will be placed as close to the roadway as practicable without interfering with or endangering the movement of vehicles or pedestrians.
Substation means the apparatus that connects the electrical collection system of the WECS(s) and increases the voltage for connection with the utility's transmission lines.
Cesspool means an unlined or partially lined underground pit or underground perforated receptacle into which raw household wastewater is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil. Cesspool does not include a septic tank.
HUC 14 or "hydrologic unit code 14" means an area within which water drains to a particular receiving surface water body, also known as a subwatershed, which is identified by a 14-digit hydrologic unit boundary designation, delineated within New Jersey by the United States Geological Survey.
Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.
SABS 0400 means the South African Bureau of Standards, Code of Practice for the application of the National Building Regulations;
Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.
NI 45-102 means National Instrument 45-102 – Resale of Securities;
Behind The Meter Generation shall refer to a generation unit that delivers energy to load without using the Transmission System or any distribution facilities (unless the entity that owns or leases the distribution facilities has consented to such use of the distribution facilities and such consent has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Office of the Interconnection); provided, however, that Behind The Meter Generation does not include (i) at any time, any portion of such generating unit’s capacity that is designated as a Generation Capacity Resource; or (ii) in an hour, any portion of the output of such generating unit that is sold to another entity for consumption at another electrical location or into the PJM Interchange Energy Market.
Lateral means a pipe, chamber or other conveyance used to carry and distribute effluent.
Design torso angle means the angle measures between a vertical line through the "R" point and the torso line in a position which corresponds to the design position of the seat-back established by the vehicle manufacturer;
