Examples of Blocker Sub in a sentence

  • For purposes of these Bylaws, except for the Class E Preferred Stock held by Blocker Sub and the Class C Preferred Stock held by Management Company, shares of capital stock held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries shall be deemed not to be outstanding.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Business Entity means a natural or legal person, business corporation, professional services corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, association or any other legal commercial entity organized under the laws of this State or of any other state or foreign jurisdiction;

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.

  • SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.
