BLU8499 Patent Rights shall have the meaning for such term set forth in Section 7.1.1.

For avoidance of doubt, any preparation, filing, prosecution, obtaining and maintaining obligations with respect to any divisional and continuation related to the BLU8499 Patent Rights shall be subject to the provisions of Section 7.1.1.
