Blue Ridge Regional Library definition

Blue Ridge Regional Library means the Blue Ridge Regional Library, which Martinsville, Henry County, and Patrick County created pursuant to a May 29, 1975 agreement, amended June 26, 2001, consistent with § 42.1-37 of the Virginia Code.
