Board Policies definition

Board Policies means those policies as set forth in the official “Board Policies Manual.”
Board Policies. Any provision of BOARD policy that is in force and effect on the day this Agreement is signed, and which is NOT by specific reference made a part of this Agreement, may be amended unilaterally by the BOARD in the manner provided for in the Official Policy Manual of the BOARD.

More Definitions of Board Policies

Board Policies. Those Board policies that the Board may find desirable to implement, that are not in conflict with this Agreement, may be adopted at any time. No Board policies, rules or District Regulations related to wages, hours and conditions of employment of Association members shall be changed without notice and an offer to negotiate the matter with the Association.
