Board Policy definition

Board Policy means any and all policies adopted by the School Board and in effect at the time the RFP is published and as they may be amended from time to time (“Board Policy”). All Board Policies are incorporated by reference into this Solicitation and into all Proposals submitted by a Proposer.
Board Policy means any policy that has been adopted or approved by the Board at a public school board meeting, that is applicable to the conduct under consideration, and that is in effect on the date(s) when the conduct under consideration occurred. (School Board Polices)
Board Policy means only the content of the Board Policy Handbook. It does not mean extensions thereof such as student handbooks, teacher handbooks, administrative rules, etc.
