Board premises definition

Board premises means any premises belonging to or vesting in the Board or taken on lease by the Board or entrusted to the Board under this Act for management and use for the purpose of this Act;
Board premises means any premises belonging to, or vesting in, the Board or taken on lease by the Board or any premises which is entrusted to, or in the possession or control of, the Board for the purposes of this Act;
Board premises is defined as the site for the performance of any work done in connection with the District and includes any school building, school property, including parking lots, school-owned vehicles or school-approved vehicles used to transport students to and from school or school-approved vehicle used to transport students to and from school or school activities (including those activities at sites off school property) or any school-sponsored or school-related activity, event or function, such as a field trip or athletic event in which students are under the jurisdiction of school authorities.

  • For the term of the Agreement, the VESPA agrees for and on behalf of their officers, members, and each and every employee within the Bargaining Unit, that they will neither instigate, call, maintain, condone, support or permit, in any manner, a strike, slowdown, or other stoppage of work, or picketing on the Board premises.

  • If employees are required by their supervisor to provide their own tools, the Board agrees to insure and replace such tools of the employee damaged or stolen while on Board premises.

Related to Board premises

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
