Entry means admission to a Department-funded developmental disability service.
Date of Entry means the date this Consent Decree is approved or signed by the United States District Court Judge.
Temporary food establishment means a food establishment that operates for a period of no more than fourteen consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
Temporary food service establishment means a food service establishment that operates at a fixed location for a period of time of not more than 14 consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
port of entry means a port of entry in the United States, as defined by part 101 of the customs regulations (19 CFR part 101), or a user fee airport authorized under 19 U.S.C. 58b and list- ed in part 122 of the customs regula- tions (19 CFR part 122).
Gantry means that part of a radiation therapy system supporting and allowing movements of the radiation head about a center of rotation.
Final Order Entry Date means the date on which the Final Order is entered by the Bankruptcy Court.
New entrant means a teacher who is not a present teacher.
Temporary use means a use or structure on improved or unimproved real estate which is of impermanent nature, and is used for less than ninety days in a calendar year.
Book Entry means an uncertificated book entry for the Common Stock.
Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.
Locksmith means a person employed to repair and maintain locks and safes;
Temporary Closure means ceasing operation of all or part of a facility with the intent of reusing the facility or portion of the facility at a future date.
Temporary Regulation S Global Certificate As defined in Section 5.02(c)(i) of this Agreement.
point of entry /"Point of Exit" means a location designated for the in-country arrival of inspection teams for inspections pursuant to this Convention or for their departure after completion of their mission.
Regulation S Temporary Global Security with respect to any series of Securities, means one or more temporary Global Securities, bearing the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Security Legend, issued in an aggregate amount of denominations equal in total to the outstanding principal amount of the Securities of such series initially sold, if required by Rule 903 of Regulation S.
Temporary Certificate means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (d) of section 7 of this local law.
Docket means the docket in the Chapter 11 Cases maintained by the Clerk.

Temporary job site means any location where industrial radiography, wireline service, well-logging, portable gauge or x-ray fluorescence use is performed and where licensed material may be stored other than those locations of use authorized on the license.
CT gantry means the tube housing assemblies, beam-limiting devices, detectors, and the supporting structures and frames which hold these components.
Interlock means a device arranged or connected such that the occurrence of an event or condition is required before a second event or condition can occur or continue to occur.
Blasting means changing the level or grade of land or rendering, tearing, demolishing, moving, or removing earth, rock, buildings, structures, or other masses or materials by seismic blasting or the detonation of dynamite or any other explosive agent.
