BOMA Standard definition

BOMA Standard means Method A (Exterior Wall Methodology) of the standard for measuring floor area in industrial buildings, published by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2012 (ANSI/BOMA Z65.2 – 2012);
BOMA Standard means the American National Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI/BOMA Z65.1 – 2010, Method A published by the Building Owners and Managers Association International. All measurements under this Lease, including without limitation for the Premises and the Building, shall be made under the BOMA Standard.
BOMA Standard means the American National Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996), as such standard may be amended or replaced from time to time by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (“BOMA”) or a successor organization to BOMA and as such standard may be further amended by the Landlord in measuring floor areas of the Building.

Examples of BOMA Standard in a sentence

  • All Rentable Area measurements are calculated in accordance with the BOMA Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996).

  • The number of rentable square feet in the Premises has been calculated by measuring the number of usable square feet within the Premises calculated in accordance with the BOMA Standard and increasing the number of usable square feet by the Load Factor Percentage (as defined in Section 1.7).

  • On or before the Commencement Date, Landlord shall measure the Rentable Area of the Premises in accordance with BOMA Standard (ANSI Z65.1 1980) for full floor office occupancy, and Landlord and Tenant shall amend this Lease if necessary to reflect any discrepancy in the size of the Premises disclosed by Landlord's measurement of the Premises by Landlord's architect.

  • Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant and Subtenant hereby subleases from Sublandlord for the Term (as defined in Section 4 below), at the rental, and upon all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, Suite _310 _ of the Premises, consisting of approximately 2,165 Net Usable Square Feet and 2,468 Net Renable Square Feet as per BOMA Standard of office space measurement (the “Subleased Premises”).

  • The Actual Rentable Area of the Premises shall further be measured, in, accordance with the BOMA Standard within thirty (30) days, after completion by the Landlord, of the Building Conversion Work (the “Second Measurement”).

BOMA Standard means the publication entitled ‘Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in the Office Buildings’ as approved June 7, 1996, by American National Standards Institute, Inc., as identified by the publication reference ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 and where the context requires, means the terminology and methodology described therein;
BOMA Standard shall have the meaning given such term in Section 19(f).
BOMA Standard. The 1996 edition of the Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings published by the Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996).
BOMA Standard. The term “BOMA Standard” shall mean the American National Standard method of measuring floor area in office buildings of the Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI BOMA Z65.1-1996)
BOMA Standard is defined in Section 1.02.
BOMA Standard means (a) with respect to measurements of the existing Buildings and the Premises within them, the standard of measuring floor area of the Building Owners and Managers Association, ANSI Z65. 1-1996, revised and readopted June 7, 1996; and (b) with respect to measurements of any Buildings or improvements constructed after the Effective Date and the Premises within them (and the Project as affected by such new improvements), the then-current standard of measuring floor area of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
